HORNSBY CERAMICS COOP

Tafe has problems n unfortunately it seema to feel the only way to solve them is push people into higher priced diploma courses tuff luck if u just want a short course or skills top up or ... And its worse for ceramics students ... The only options for those of us without cars or a backyard to put a home studio in is public transport to WAC WIlloughby KAC Roseville Asquith evenings n earthware only oh joy not for those of us who love stoneware glazes .... So i'm thinking we need a public access ceramics studio somewhere in or near Hornsby near bus n train a kinda "mens shed" for potters with clay storage tools extruders a variety of kilns made up glazes ... Does anyone want to help? I NEED INFO ABOUT 1) HOW to get community grant 2) properties avail long lease discount for communuty area maybe a factory or workshop at thornleigh ? Ideas anyone ? Can you help?
